NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that

the Annual General Meeting of the

Vancouver Island University Faculty Association

will be held on

Wednesday, April 28, 2021

10:00 a.m.

Via Zoom

  • The 2021 VIUFA AGM will be held electronically via Zoom, beginning at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 28th.
  • You must sign into Zoom using your real name.
  • Zoom details will be sent to the VIUFA members email list.
  • All reports will be available electronically by Monday, April 26th.
  • The election of VIUFA executives will be run by our Nomination Committee (Jeff Egan, Don Alexander, Don Bowden) at 12:30pm using Zoom’s anonymous polling tool.
  • Nominations should be made on the nomination form and returned electronically to staff@viufa.ca by Wednesday, April 21 at 3:00 pm. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor.
