Event: VIUFA 2014 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Given the difficulty in finding an available location at this busy time of year and conflicting meeting schedules, we were able to arrange the date, time and location set out above as a compromise.
The meeting will begin with lunch at 11:30 a.m., and elections will begin at 12:15 p.m. (between morning and afternoon exams). Executive reports, resolutions. etc. will follow the elections.
A Notice of Meeting is attached, and a 3-page memo from the Elections Committee which includes a nomination form. The current Executive members are listed on page 1 of the memo with an indication of the release for certain positions (current and proposed).
