Thanks to the generous support of the VIUFA Union Activism Fund, second-year dental hygiene students were able to provide a Community Outreach Dental Clinic in April 2026.
Faculty organizer Nancy Chutka writes, “Your donation helped remove financial barriers to care for vulnerable members of our community and provided an incredibly meaningful learning opportunity for our students. The impact of this support was truly felt by both the clients who received care and the students who participated in the event.
“Thank you again for your generosity and support of this important initiative. We are very grateful for VIUFA’s commitment to supporting community engagement and student learning opportunities.”
