When requested by the relevant Officer, Associate positions may be confirmed by the
membership. These positions are meant to facilitate knowledge transfer among the
Officers of the Executive and provide continuity of service to the membership. They
are appointed by the Executive and subject to approval by the membership. These
positions do not count towards Executive quorum, shall not act as signing officers,
and have ‘voice but no vote’ at Executive meetings.
