About Gara Pruesse

Gara is the Bargainer for VIUFA, and has been a faculty member in the Department of Computing Science at VIU since 2006. Gara received her Ph.D in Computer Science from the University of Toronto in 1993.

VIUFA members are privileged to work and learn in the traditional territories of Coast Salish Peoples.
